Building businesses that challenge the status quo. A new way of building.
You’re not here to follow outdated rules about how success is supposed to look or feel. You know there’s got to be a better way.
Most of what you have been taught about success comes from systems that reward overworking, overextending and staying in a constant state of output.
And even when it works, it doesnt feel sustainable.
This is where a different lens becomes important because the way you build your business is not separate from how you’re functioning internally.
Your nervous system, your capacity, your patterns…they all shape how you lead, how you decide and how you sustain what you’re creating.
A lot of what gets normalized in business is actually rooted in patriarchal conditioning and burnout culture.
And most women don’t realize how deeply that is influencing the way they operate until they start to slow down and look at it differently.
This work is about unlearning all of that. And coming back to yourself.
Not from stepping away from ambition but by learning how to build from a more regulated, aligned, and embodied place.
Where leadership doesn’t require self-abandonment.
And success doesn’t come at the cost of yourself.
My Story
I didn’t come into this work from theory.
I came into it from a life that has always been built on movement, responsibility, and figuring things out as I go.
Before I ever worked for myself, I was in high-end retail management in the Hamptons, leading teams of 5–15 people, running stores where everything was fast-paced, detail-driven, and performance mattered. I learned how to lead people, how to drive sales, how to hold standards, and how to operate in environments where execution was everything.
I understood business from the inside early on. Scaling revenue, managing teams, building customer experience, growing visibility.
That part of me has always been there.
In 2017, I had my first son. And something shifted. I wanted to be home with him, but I also didn’t want to lose myself financially or rely on someone else to provide everything.
So in 2019, right before my daughter was born, I started my first online business. Drop shipping. It was scrappy, self-taught, and built in the pockets of time I had between motherhood and life.
Hello! And it worked. But even while it was working, something felt off. It wasn’t aligned with my values. I was building something that required constant output, constant chasing, constant staying in motion. And I could feel the cost of that over time.
So, I burned it down. And I started over with something that actually felt like me.
An eco-friendly refillery on the East End of Long Island. Something slower. More intentional. Rooted in sustainability, community, and a way of doing business that felt connected to my real life, not separate from it.
Now I’m a mother of four, running two businesses, still building, still evolving, still learning what it means to create success in a way that doesn’t require me to leave myself behind.
That’s what brought me here.
My Approach
Everything I teach now is rooted in what I had to learn the hard way.
Building a business is never just about strategy. It’s also about how you’re operating internally while you’re building it.
The women I work with are already capable. They’ve already proven they can make things happen. But what they’re usually missing is not effort, it’s alignment.
My work sits at the intersection of mindset, embodiment, and strategic action.
We look at what’s happening beneath the surface. The patterns, pressure, and conditioning that shape how you show up in your business without you even realizing it.
From there, we focus on regulation and identity. Learning how to build from a grounded internal state instead of urgency or over-efforting.
And then we bring in aligned, practical action that actually matches the life and business you’re trying to create.
This is structured through my RAGE framework, which brings together embodiment, mindset, and intentional execution in a way that supports long-term sustainability, not short bursts of output.
The result is a different experience of business.
More clarity. More consistency. Less internal friction.
And a way of building that actually feels like it belongs to you.
